REFUND POLICY
Returns and Refund Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on sale items or breaks once the break has been completed. This includes breaks and sales on Voggt, Whatnot and other social media platforms not listed.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days / (14 days). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not yet available for general sale. When you pre-order an item, you will need to pay the full upfront price of the item. Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the item arrives in stock.
An invoice for Pre-Orders will be sent out to you via email, you will have up to 5 working days to make payment (the products will be reserved for you within this 5 day period). Should the payment deadline pass, we reserve the right to cancel the order and sell to other customers.
***** Please note ***** that some products may be delayed until after the official retailer (Topps / Panini / Futera etc) product release date.
There will be times where this date changes or is delayed out of our control. As soon as products arrive, we will aim to ship the same day (prior to 4pm delivery).

Refunds on Pre-Orders:
To exercise your withdrawal rights on pre-orders, please email hello@thesportscard.social with your request. Once received, a refund will be provided within 10 business days / (14 days).
